Request link: your customer sends to you
Customer service sends a link: “Send us the file here.” The customer sends the attachment or password in the browser – no account, nothing to install. The content is encrypted on the customer’s own device so that only the employee who made the request can open it – not the server, and not anyone else who received the same link.
Your own isolated environment
Every business customer gets its own server instance in its own jail, isolated from other customers, and its own disk encryption key. When the contract ends, the key is destroyed, which also makes the backups unreadable.
We cannot see the content
Encryption happens in the browser before upload, and the key travels only in the # part of the link, which browsers never send to the server. The server holds nothing but encrypted data. This is not a promise; it is how the system is built.
See what happened without seeing the content
The audit log shows who sent what size of file and when, and when it was opened. Events can be exported to your own SIEM. Employees sign in with your company accounts, so their access ends at the same moment as in your other systems.
The free version stays free
The free version is open to everyone regardless of ability to pay, with no account and no tracking. The business version covers the running costs.
